Cara McKinnon Crawford was born in Campbeltown in Argyll and spent her childhood in the Highlands of Scotland.
Cara’s original paintings reflect the powerful landscapes and evocative fishing villages of the North East of Scotland where she currently lives. Her use of flamboyant and tactile colour has brought her success in exhibitions at home and abroad.
In addition to landscapes and detailed floral pieces Cara paints seascapes, harbours and animal studies.
